What to do when you want to leave your church

Over the years I have learned that some of God's most anointed people have some of the toughest issues with authority. Now I'm not saying you should submit yourself to a leader that is controlling and mean. But in my twenty years of ministry I have seen countless anointed individuals leave good pastors and good churches because they couldn't recieve instructions.
What we must remember is that God gives shephards after his heart. And God knows what you need and the kind of shepherd you need. My advice to you is to hear the instructions of your leadership. It seems that there is some growth needed in your life. A good shepherd will help you do that. He will not do it for you. The other point I would like to make is do not make it grievous for your leadership. Leaders are not perfect and can make mistakes, but when God appoints them and sets them in that position of authority you will not be fighting them you will be fighting God.
So, if you find that you can't submit to the authority of that house it is best that you leave. God is very protective of his work, people, and his shepherds. And he will not let anything or anyone get in the way and be a hindrance to his work.
I hope you search your heart and ask God to set a guard over your mouth. Don't ask God to show you the faults of others, ask God to show you your own heart. God bless
