SMTC Registration Form

To register for upcoming classes fill out the form below and submit. Class fees are $30.00 for non partners and can be submitted online or upon arrival. To submit class fee online simply go to the products section and click the sowing button and submit your fee. Registered students can give their class fee upon arrival.If you would like to attend but are experiencing financial difficulties contact our Training Center Director for more information.
